Refund Eligibility

- If the service has not yet commenced.
- If there is a failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon service.
- If a cancellation request is made within the stipulated period.

Refund Process
Upon approval of a refund request, processing may take up to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate details regarding cancellations. Any associated costs, such as administrative fees, may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Service Modifications
If a client wishes to modify a service instead of canceling, they must contact us within the cancellation period to explore alternative solutions.

Administrative Fees
Unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part, a processing or administrative fee of up to 10% may be applied to refunds.
